For inquiries, we ask all families to please review our sample puppy contract and to fill out a puppy questionnaire.  Dogs and Puppies are viewed first come first serve requiring a scheduled visitation... or to be added to our contact waitlist for next earliest availability, you may wish to place a deposit.  All BellaVista Labradors have been bred aiming for highest quality of temperaments, trainability, health and structure.  Buyers are responsible for their own knowledge of Labrador Retrievers, interpretation of the Breed Standards, as well as the "hands on" evaluation, selection, and assessment for trainability of a puppy or dog to be suitable for any pursuit.  During a scheduled visitation, I am more than happy to introduce you to each dog, present their extensive puppy binder containing Pedigree, pictures of the parents, health and immunization records, demonstrate what the dog may already know, and try to answer all your questions.  Puppies are sold "As is".  You will only know if you fall in love when you meet them!
